  NITA was invited into 2016 Oriental Culture and Design Philosophy International Symposium organized by Shanghai Jiaotong University and International Design Association from April 5th to 7th, 2016. Associate Professor Cheng from NITA delivered the speech titled Oriental Charm, International Expression --- The Exhibition Environment Design Language. Cheng talked about the importance that should be attached in the design to better shape the good image of China and better understand the Chinese culture by foreigners. Professor Cheng also regarded that the design of China pavilion has changed gradually from the traditional architectural image or objects to fashionable images, and the contemporary national pavilion needed the balance point between medium and value. The current international fair is not a stage to show off power, but an open conversation platform.
  In addition, more than 200 experts, scholars and media reporters from China, Japan, South Korea, Britain, Singapore, Italy, US, Canada, Netherlands and other countries attended the meeting, talking about the sustainable development of design industry in China.
