NITA Won The International Competition in Hangzhou Dream Town Urban Planning and Design Project

  The project covers a total area of about 3.47 square kilometers. It is proposed to build into a college student entrepreneurial town and funding town full of viality, integrating historical and future elements, traditional and modern aspects, and demonstrating features of cities in south China. Themed as “Dream "O" town, Hopeful Field“, NITA proposed to combine the concept of Open town, Opportunity town and Organic town, which won high recognition from the experts and clients. The most featured field loop at site connects the ecological park, Cangqian ancient town and cement factory. Meanwhile, the field loop is taken as the link to build the residential and office loop, to form a circle structure in Dream Town.
